Country estate consisting in a very old trullo and a stone built house which dates back to the last century. The property is set near Putignano, in Puglia and stands on a little over 8000 sqm of land.
The house is structurally in good condition and is currently used as summer house by the owners.
In the trullo area there is a living room and a very old kitchen while in the more recently built part there's a kitchen, large living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The land is divided into an orchard and a garden. In front of the house there's an old and tall cedar of Lebanon which shades the house in the hot summer days.
