Agriturismo Piave San Paolo situated just 4km away from Apecchio, medieval village on the hills of Pesaro. The Agriturismo has its name derived from the small church which is part of this historical building. The entire property is located on a hilltop from where you can admire a beautiful landscape from all sides: the mountains of Nerone and Catria, to the hills of Umbria – Marche.
The structure was restored following the most careful techniques in order to preserve the original architectural style. Few changes were made and these mainly concern the security and habitable measures required by law.
The building has a living area of 260 m² (net) and 70 m² (net) attic, very broad and currently used as storage.
